Thank you for your interest in commissioning custom artwork from me. I appreciate it. By commissioning any of my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your request.
Available Commission Types
Digital Monster Portrait – Stylized monster design created digitally. Includes shoulder-up with optional abstract background (additional fee).
Realistic Pencil Portrait – Highly detailed pencil drawing (shoulder-up only).
Painted Portrait – Traditional shoulder-up painting using a monochromatic palette.
Hand-Painted Monster Apparel – One-of-a-kind monster art hand-painted on t-shirts or sweatshirts. All apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) will be sourced and provided by the artist to ensure material quality and compatibility with paint.
Payments
All commissions require 50% upfront to reserve your slot and 50% upon completion before delivery.
Payments are made via [PayPal / Stripe].
No work will begin until the initial deposit is received.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround varies based on the project type, my academic schedule, and the queue. Digital Monster Portrait: Estimated 2–3 weeks
Realistic Pencil Portrait: Estimated 2–4 weeks
Painted Portrait: Estimated 3–9 weeks, depending on painting size
Hand-Painted Apparel: Estimated 3–5 weeks
If you have a specific deadline (birthday, holiday, gift date, etc.), please let me know upfront — I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Delays may occur due to school obligations, supply delays, or the creative process. I’ll always communicate if anything affects your timeline.
Revisions
Two minor revisions are included during the sketch or planning phase (e.g., small detail adjustments).
Major changes or additional revisions may not be possible or incur extra charges based on time and labor.
For painted works and apparel, once painting has begun, major changes may not be possible.
Refunds & Cancellations
Before Work Begins: If you cancel before I start your piece, a partial refund may be granted.
After Work Begins: The deposit is non-refundable once work begins.
No Refunds After Completion.
If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery
Digital files will be sent via email.
Physical works (portraits, apparel) will be shipped to the address you provide. Shipping fees will be calculated separately and paid before shipping.
I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once the package has been mailed, but I will do my best to help you resolve any issues.
Usage & Copyright
I retain all rights to the artwork unless stated otherwise.
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. You may share the work on social media with credit.
You may not reproduce, sell, alter, or profit from the artwork without written permission.
I reserve the right to share the finished piece in my portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise at the time of order.
Agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that:
You have read and agree to these terms.
You will not use the commissioned work for commercial purposes without approval.
You understand the estimated timelines, payment structure, and refund policy.
